3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance incur no fees.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.
Rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

Communicate any specific requirements or restrictions.
Ensure that the work area is safe and free from hazards.

5. Liability

Gardeners Camberwell is committed to providing high-quality services. However, we are not liable for:

Damage resulting from pre-existing conditions in the garden.
Acts of nature or unforeseen events beyond our control.
Loss or damage to personal property not related to our services.

6. Warranty and Guarantees

We offer a 30-day warranty on all services provided. Should any issues arise within this period, we will address and rectify them at no additional cost.
